Utility Payments

You can benefit from this service by paying service fee of 2,5% of the utility invoice amount or a minimum of 1.50 TL. (except Avea/Vodafone/Turkcell mobile phone utility bills)

The utility invoice amount will be debited from your credit card one business day before the due date of the utility invoice.

The time it takes for utility companies to activate your automatic payment instruction may vary from one company to another. Therefore, until the first invoice payment is executed automatically, please follow up whether your instruction is activated or not, with CitiPhone 444 0 500.

Acceptance of applications to any of the products and services of Citibank A.S. is at the sole discretion of the Bank and subject to applicable credit terms & conditions of the Bank, which can be changed, by the Bank's sole discretion without any prior notice to customer. This feature is provided as a service to customers on a "best efforts" basis and the Bank does not accept any liability for any resultant action (non-payment and or late payment of the invoices) that may arise owing to conditions out of its control (including cases where the payment is not successfully performed from other banks for any reason) and conditions whereby the Bank has no fault. It is the customer's responsibility to follow up whether the invoice payment is successfully performed or not. This service is being provided through another bank according to a special agreement signed with this bank for our customers. Hence, the minimum customer data will be shared with this bank to the extent required for making the utility payment. The service of Automatic Payment of Invoices Through Credit Cards is at the sole discretion of the Bank and Terms & Conditions of this service are subject to change without prior notice. Customers who give automatic invoice payment order from their credit card are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
